What I Do
I’m a Technical Lead at Qualtrics with five years of software engineering experience, where I lead the EMEA Engineering Services team, owning technical direction, architecture and end-to-end delivery for our highest-value custom builds. I work across the stack, from API design to full bespoke solutions, and increasingly where solid engineering meets applied AI.

- 01 A custom API service for a global financial institution, delivered on schedule across teams in Dublin, India and Singapore.
- 02 An anomaly-detection microservice over time-series data, with a generative-AI layer that turns raw alerts into human-readable remediation.
- 03 Bespoke, enterprise-grade front-end architecture and customer-facing widgets, modernised alongside platform teams in the US.
Background
Before software, I spent seven years in automotive systems engineering at Jaguar Land Rover, where I qualified as a Chartered Engineer and led the delivery of a multi-million-pound electrified climate system for JLR’s first plug-in hybrid. I moved into computer science through an MSc by research in computer vision and machine learning, building a HoloLens mixed-reality application that helps people with low vision navigate safely.
